文章被拒稿，没有送审，因此对文章的价值有些怀疑，有些低落。编辑简短的拒信里，不知里面是否有一丝肯定意味,还是全然是客套之词? I write regarding Manuscript ID XX entitled "XXXXX" which you submitted to XXX.
