IEEE TVT 二审reviewer提出全新意见

投TVT，regular paper,一审2个多月，大改，有三个reviewer,一一回答投出二审，二审三个reviewer，一个没意见，一个少许语法意见（需要改几个单词而已），第三个肯定了我的修改稿，却另又提出6条意见，完全和他自己一审意见不同，但是我认为都是非常容易回答的，现在编辑的意见是大改并改投correspondence。文章一审28页（单排），二审33页（单排），改correspondence只有12页（单排），实在是很难割舍，不知如何对应，特请示板上专家意见。 编辑有这样的话，不知道我可否申诉： Based on the reviewers' comments, publication of the paper in its present form is not recommended. As you can see from the reviewers' comments, Reviewer 3 has strong objection to the revised manuscript, and has actually recommended rejection of the paper. However, as this is revised submission, I would like to give you another chance to fully address the comments. Please note we respect reviewers' comments and we expect that authors address all comments or provide a reasonable counter argument, if they do not agree with the comments. 虽然关注小木虫有一段时间了，但金币很少，各位前辈不要介意啊 |
