Test noise level of experimental sample machine IE6D275-e4ES and determine measures to reduce noises. Then study the effect on engine noises by fan and rotation speed. Conduct vibration intensity test on experimental sample machine for national standard observation point, additional point, and Doctor Observation point. Calculate vibration distance, velocity, and acceleration on each observation potion. Draw vibration velocity graph and process related data and write experiment report. |
