===简单的意思内容如下 === 作者重同投稿编号 jp-2012-08937 论文 XXX 稿件. 如果你从letter 换成 article 或是一个拒绝的稿件~会要求重新一个新的论文编号~ 你这个是从旧的论文接下去的~ 不管你是不是 author 或是 co-author~ 你都要 "approve" 这个动作~~ 这样论文才会真正的被提交到 jounal 的 editor ~ |
