An electrochemical cell was needed in which hydrogen and oxygen would react to form water.
(a)Using the following standard reduction potentials for the couples given determine which combination of half-reactions give the maximum output potentials:
   1)Eo=-0.828V for H2O(l)/H2(g),OH-
   2)Eo=0.000V for H+/H2(g)
   3)Eo=1.229V for O2(g),H+/H2O(l)
   4)Eo=0.401V for O2(g),H2O(l)/OH-
(b) Write the balanced equation for the overall reaction in(a)
