| it become cool these days,i forgot take some clothes with me last week,and felt a little cold wearing t-shirt,and it is raining outside,making me colder,i think i should buy some clothes after work today,it canl keep me warmer tomorrow，i do not want to get a cold~~~ |

Get yourself some vitamin C it will help resist catching cold. Besides, slant your head slightly to the front and use your finger to find the peak protruding bone from back neck, there is a notch below the peak, massage it for five minutes with thumb and will help fix the cold. Name of that acupuncture point is Da Zhui |

i am in beijing,it`s raining just outside,and i am still in my lab,maybe one or two hours later,i will go back to school ,it still takes me one hour and half on the bus.i dont really like rainy day,and now i dont like bus ,too |
