The new BlackBerry 7.1 OS
The idea of design focus on slim and light weight, so all state of the art components are grouped together to form this BlackBerry Bold 9790 and the high resolution touch screen give you best experience of finger dancing on screen along with the optical trackpad and virtual QWERTY keyboard for delighted key enters.

And with super performance hardware the BlackBerry 7.1 OS deliver very fast Internet surfing and computing, and video viewing. BlackBerry Bold 9790 equiped with 8GB internal memory and can be expanded to maximum 32GB via external microSD.

BlackBerry® Tag work along with mobile that support the NFC feature to invite friends to join the list of BlackBerry® Messenger（BBM™）and exchange informations like files, websites, photos and multimedias.

And the BlackBerry 7.1 OS also support Wireless Media Server so your BlackBerry Bold 9790 can link to other game centers, notebook computers or LCDTV etc. via Wi-Fi® and enjoy sharing music, movies and pictures.

A new Battery Saving Mode is also introduced and extend battery life significantly by cutting background light and put unit to sleep mode when idle, yet not missing any call or informative coming in.

BlackBerry Bold 9790 has Mobile Hotspot feature that enable sharing networking with as many as five units via WiFi.

From your article I know this  series Blackberry smart phone equipped touch screen and keyboard dual control mode,it's great!
But in my opinion, the 2.4 inch screen is a bit small for older people.
