The solutions of Q, Cat, AA and CA and their mixtures were in methanol at total concentrations of 50, 100 and 200 μM. The compounds were mixed at molar ratios of (v/v) 1:1/1:2/1:3/2:1/ 3:1 in a final volume of 1 mL. 其中Q,CAT,AA和CA是某种纯物质。 如何理解呢？怎么能把它们弄成1mL呢？摩尔比怎么和体积比联系起来的呢？好奇怪啊。。 |
