收到主编这样的回复，还是第一次 已有27人参与

前两天收到主编的回信了，这个是确定拒稿了，但主编Leave the door open重新投是什么意思嘛？重投之后，还是重新经历一样的审稿过程吗？还是按照审稿意见修改之后重新投，给原来的审稿人呢？ Dear ####, Both reviewers reach essentially the same conclusion and that is that your paper is largely incomplete. More research is needed to motivate, demonstrate and verify the results you state. They offer several questions and suggestions, but those require substantial research that cannot be sufficiently completed within the normal revision time. I must therefore decline publication but leave the door open to resubmit at a much later date, after considerably more research is done and a complete re-write of the paper is achieved.
