[交流] 请大家分析据稿原因，说文章“technically sound”，还“Reject”

最近投了Polymer-Plastic Technology and Engineering,给点据稿意见如下
Dear Dr. xxxxxx:
Thank you very much for submitting your article for publication consideration. We very much regret to inform you that we will unable to consider it further. This is NOT a reflection on the quality of the article. No doubt the article is technically sound. We wish we could publish all the articles that we receive unfortunately, we cannot at this time.

唉，既然技术上“sound”，还给个“reject”，连个意见都木得，内容和期刊应该相符啊，因为在上面见过内容相关的文章才往上面投的，让人摸不清头脑，请大家给些意见，该如何处理啊
