in this paper, we introduced the current situation of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping and storing standard in both domestic and overseas; pointed out the major problems that existed in our country; and made a comparison with ISO seriously; finally came up with some specific mesures to improve the current situation of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping and storing standard in domestic. |

| The currently domestic and foreign situation of standards of keeping and storing fruits and vegetables is introduced in this paper. This paper points out the primary problems in the standards of keeping fresh, storing and transporting, and places emphasis on the comparative analysis of the standards of keeping fresh, storing and transporting between our country and ISO, then propose the detailed advice and measurement to improve the development of domestic standards of keeping and storing. |
