Don't worry that is your real feeling and your wanna share with us.

I would suggest you to go for a body check, the down feeling coming from your physical situation will affect your brain, and one third of each 24 hours cycle you are sleeping on the bed, during the session, most of your inner organs are resting too, if one of them feel not so good, of course the signal will be converted to such down feeling you just had.

No matter it comes from stress, or illness, or emotional issues, if you've got it straighten out, fine. Otherwise, you should look for the root cause
