著名德资化工企业急招Sr.Technical Manager

REPORTING TO/汇报对象 GC Business Manager, HDK SUBORDINATES/下属 Yes. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities) 1. Lead technical team to support the achievement of short term vs. long term business target through a. Develop sales argument materials to support the sales / marketing activities through competitor benchmark, basic lab research work, joint product / application development project with selected key accounts. b. Carry out the specific project with Sales & Marketing team targeting at new product / application introduction, development, commercialization or evaluation with close connection with market unmet needs. c. Build up regional based technical competency for local technical team with the support from the head quarter by close communication and adapt product knowledge into the specific industrial application. d. Provide pre- and post- sales technical service / training to both internal and external customers in GC to support sales activities. 2. Build up close relationship with the decision maker in technical department at key accounts. 3. Build broad network with local industry association, university or research institute for information collection and optimizing the resource on product / application development 4. Implement & Propose the necessary tools or measurements to ensure the efficiency in lab testing, sample management, etc. 5. Promoting the overall image of HDK product and application knowledge by various valuable ways, like seminar, technical newsletter / article or publication, etc. 6. People management & development 7. Manage HDK Lab EHSS and IMS daily operations 8. Raw material coordinator for off-spec. product or new substrates. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies) Work EXPERIENCE: 1. Colleague degree in chemistry 2. Min. 10 years of solid technical background in chemical industry. People management experience will be a plus. 3. Experience on Marketing or Business Development will be preferred. 4. Customer & Result oriented 5. Open mind / Positive thinking / Proactive / Team spirit / Independence 6. Good communication skills in both oral and written format, including English and mother language 7. Experience in Adhesives, Coatings & Ink, Toner industry will be a plus, but not a must 8.
