Request for Review Articles for American Journal of Applied Sciences什么意思？

今天收到Request for Review Articles for American Journal of Applied Sciences 内容如下： Dear ***, We appreciate and highly acknowledge your contributions in the area of research. Your ideas, research, experiments, publications and determination are really source of inspiration for scientists around the world. It would be great favor for us if you could please contribute a high quality review article, for the current issue of American Journal of Applied Sciences. We planned to have our journal indexed in SCI for impact factor, your participation in this process would definitely be helpful to raise citation of the journal. You may submit your review article via e-mail at scipub@gmail.com / support@scipub.org or through our Online Submission System. We are also asking if you would like to nominate either yourself or an esteemed colleague to join our publication as a contributing editor.(Our preference would be given to authors with a high 'h' index (authors impact factor). As a contributing editor of our journal you will be required to: 1) Maximize rankings by continually contributing high quality articles within this journal (preferably one submission per issue) 2) Increase citation of this journal so that our publications will have a good impact factor in a market sense. 3) Remain fully responsible for the review process of manuscripts assigned to you; you decide on the acceptance or rejection of these manuscripts ( 1-2 per month).
