Position: Senior Scientist in Gene Department
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for planning and directing long-term and middle-term service development.
2. Be responsible for building, training and leading a team of research and development.
3. Resolve technical problems encountered and propose innovative ideas and prepare proposals.

Requirement:
1. A.M.S. or Ph.D in biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, microbiological engineering, biochemical engineering, gene engineering, fermentation engineering, protein engineering, enzyme engineering and other bio-related fields.
2. More than 3 years’ work experience in one of the following industries: gene engineering, fermentation engineering, protein engineering, enzyme engineering.
3. Be familiar with the design and construction of gene pool or protein database.
4. Be earnest and diligent.
5. Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, good communication and teamwork skill.
6. Good English reading and writing skills and good verbal English communication skills are preferred.
