求助一小段英文的理解，本人翻译了，但不懂分子，请求斧正！

Analyses of auxin transport in the inflorescence and hypocotyl （胚轴）of independent tt4 alleles（等位基因） indicate that auxin transport is elevated in plants with a tt4 mutation(突变 ). In hypocotyls of tt4, this elevated transport is reversed when flavonoids are synthesized by growth of plants on the flavonoid precursor, naringenin. These results are consistent with a role for flavonoids as endogenous（内源性） regulators of auxin transport. 对拟南芥transparent testa (tt4)突变体（类黄酮生物合成过程中第一个酶-查尔酮合成酶基因编码区发生突变）进行研究发现，当tt4等位基因单独发生突变时，花序和胚轴中生长素的运输增强 ，当随着植物的生长，类黄酮合成中间前体物柚皮素出现后即发生逆转。研究结果与类黄酮作为生长素运输的内源调节因子的角色相一致。 请问，“类黄酮生物合成过程中第一个酶-查尔酮合成酶基因编码区发生突变”和“当tt4等位基因单独发生突变时”翻译是否有误？请斧正。 tt4是这个transparent testa (tt4) plants with a mutation in the gene encoding the first enzyme in flavonoid biosynthesis, chalcone synthase.
