[求助] clustalw 为什么选择1回车后1被删除,程序不运行

在linux系统下,我输入clustalw2命令, 返回以下提示:

   1. Sequence Input From Disc
   2. Multiple Alignments
   3. Profile / Structure Alignments
   4. Phylogenetic trees

我输入1, 回车,出现:
Sequences should all be in 1 file.

7 formats accepted:
NBRF/PIR, EMBL/SwissProt, Pearson (Fasta), GDE, Clustal, GCG/MSF,                RSF.

Enter the name of the sequence file :

我输入了我的fasta格式的序列文件名,回车,出现:
