1. be good to others.
    keep your promise and be good to others. nurturing relationship is everything in a long run.

2. what progress means.
    accept task and handle it well, that is progress.

3. be honest is very important.
    do not tell any lies and be honest to everyone.

4. do not stop your growth.
    keeping thinking and learning.

5. learn from the best.
    find the best man and ask them  to be you teacher. he will say yes.

6. you are worth it.
    you are who what you think you are. you are worth how much you think you are.

7. be realistic.
    be realistic to others and yourself.

8. A different person.
    admit that you are not same in 45 as in 25. value your time.

9. do your best.
    do not let opportunities slip and try your best every time.

10. no regrets.
    you can learn more from bad things.

That is a very good ideee.but  the question is you do not know when the opportunities are coming and when they are coming you may not recognize them.

yeah，what you said is really ture, so i think we should make full preparation to wait opportunities come, study hard work diligent and we can try to make opportunity.
