[交流] 【Cat Tim】Follow Me: 5 Qs, ask yourself!

try to ask yourself these 5 question. enjoy!

1. what was the best thing that happened to me today?(this question will help us to be positive, appreciative and happy)
---- well, for me, the best thing is that i step the first step to learn how to drive. though it's really embarrassing in the first half an hour, things are getting better the next half an hour.

2. what could i have done better today?(to avoid making the same mistake twice, to improve yourself in the future)
---- it's a busy day. but still i could have handled it better. for example, i should spend some time today to do something that related to my research work.

3. what is the most important i should accomplish tomorrow?(to help you to focus on the essentials)
----- that is definitely doing experiments and finish week note. i should buy the goods that i need in the experiment in the morning. to do experiments after that. to learn driving in the late afternoon and finish this week's note in the night. hope everything will be fine tomorrow.

4. what new thing can i try tomorrow?(to discovery, to have new life experience)
---- hope that i will have some time tomorrow night to keep exercise dancing by my new-brought dancing blanket.

5. who is the most important person in my life and what am i doing for them?(to remember who you are. we can be so busy to neglect people we care most in our life. this question help to get you back on the track)
---- well, i should call my families to tell them how things are going on this week.
