质子化水的拉曼光谱求助

请教大家赐教， 我一个多孔配位聚合物孔道里有质子化的水，我想用激光拉曼光谱进行验证，不知道可不可行，如果可以，需要多少样品以及样品是否需要处理，谢谢 |

Find something here, hope it'll be helpful. http://www.lsbu.ac.uk/water/methods.html As far as i know, water (or protonated water) is a very weak Raman scatterer. So if you want to prove its existence in porous polymer, why not try IR instead of Raman? (Sorry that I don't have chinese input on my laptop.) |

| Forgot one point here, Raman measurement generally doesn't require very complicated sample preparation. 'cuz one of its major advantages is its simple sample preparation process and versatility. Hope this could facilitate addressing your problem a little. |
