德克萨斯州博后，外导给的待遇，有经验的虫子给点建议？本人化学应届生，第一站博后。版内有说正常是35000/y,这个是不是有点少？
Your annual gross salary will be $30,000. In addition to your salary, you also will be entitled to all employee benefits (paid by my grant also) authorized by the state legislature, University of Texas System, such as free healthcare insurance coverage for you, employer’s contribution to your retirement fund (8.5% of your salary), and certain amount of life insurance, etc.
