可是一个月了一点消息都没有，不知道收到没有还是在审
能发信问吗？

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Starting with 2012, according to the new rule of the Journal the corresponding author must pay for every paper published in DJNB a tax of 200 Euros (280 USD). Publication fee covers the reviewing process, technical processing, hard printing of the journal and free access to the online edition. The payment will be made after approval of the paper for publication. The corresponding author will receive a Prof-forma Invoice. The payment document will be sent together with the copyright signed by the corresponding author.
In case the manuscripts needs an extensive language correction to be made by the redaction staff, then an additional tax of 50 euros will be perceived.
