内窥镜用哪个词？endoscopy还是endoscope？谢谢

①wiki里 Endoscopy is a way of looking inside the body using a flexible tube that has a small camera on the end of it. An endoscope is a medical device consisting of a long, thin, flexible (or rigid) tube which has a light and a video camera. ③google文献里面，两个词都有用的，比如 The first prospective controlled trial comparing wireless capsule 【endoscopy】 with push enteroscopy in chronic gastrointestinal bleeding Cardiopulmonary risk of esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Role of 【endoscope】 diameter and systemic sedation. ④个人认为应该是endoscope，至少word里面endoscopy是画红线的，而且按照wiki的解释，endoscopy是一种内窥的方式，而endoscope才是内窥镜这个工具，谢谢 |
