加拿大签证

我是美国J1签证，想在西雅图申请旅游签证，可是看到加拿大官网上 As of June 18, 2012, the visa office in Seattle will no longer accept Temporary Resident Permit, Rehabilitation or Authorization to Return to Canada applications. Applications sent by mail, postmarked after June 18, 2012, and received at the visa office in Seattle will be returned to the applicant. Effective June 01, 2012, the Canadian visa office in Seattle will no longer offer in-person immigration services. Applications for all business lines including Temporary Resident Visas, and Permanent Resident Travel Documents must be made by mail only. 是不是说就不能再西雅图办旅游签证啊，求解 |
