1、Organic matters in sewage sludge are mainly composed of polar organic matters such as p, a, h, u, and o. There are few interfering substances which affect on the analysis of petroleum oil in the solution after being extracted through a non-polar solvent of CCl4 using infrared spectrophotometry.
(大意:污泥中有机物质主要是p a h u 和o等极性物质。在使用红外光度法测定时,被极性的萃取剂CCl4萃取的溶液中,几乎不存在干扰石油类测定的有机物质。)

2、Mean determined values of 5 times were obtained by adding the same spiked value into the same original value. Footnotes have been used to explain the determination times of the mean determined values and calculation methods of the recovery. We also converted the concentration units to the content units for convenience of understanding.
(大意:在同一样品中加入同一浓度的加标溶液,平行测定5次得到平均测定值。采用脚注来注释平均测定值的次数和加标回收率的计算方法。此外,为了便于理解,我们将原稿中浓度单位转换为现在的含量单位。)

3、The established infrared spectrophotometric method was employed for the determination of petroleum oils in sewage sludge samples with only one scan per sample. The concentration range of the extracted solution between 0.1 and 100 mg L-1 was determined with 5.0 cm quartz absorption cell, while 100-800 mg L-1 with 1.0 cm quartz absorption cell.
(大意:本文建立的用于测定污泥中石油类的红外光度法仅需一次扫描即可得出结果。萃取液浓度范围在0.1-100mg/L时,采用5.0cm石英比色皿;浓度范围在100-800mg/L时采用1.0cm石英比色皿。)

4、The power X is recommended by the manufacture. And it was verified by the U test.
(厂家推荐的仪器功率是X,这与U试验的结果一致。)

3、While using the established infrared spectrophotometric method to determine the petroleum oils content in sewage sludge samples, only one time of scan is needed to get the final result for one sample. If the concentration range of the extracted solution is between 0.1 and 100 mg L-1, a 5.0 cm quartz absorption cell should be used; while the concentration is 100-800 mg L-1, a 1.0 cm quartz absorption cell should be used.
(大意:本文建立的用于测定污泥中石油类的红外光度法仅需一次扫描即可得出结果。萃取液浓度范围在0.1-100mg/L时,采用5.0cm石英比色皿;浓度范围在100-800mg/L时采用1.0cm石英比色皿。)

4、The power of the equipment recommended by the manufacturer should be X, that was verified by the U test.
(厂家推荐的仪器功率是X,这与U试验的结果一致。)

1. The polar organic matters in sewage sludge are mainly p, a, h, u, o and so on. The organic matters which can interfer the analysis of petroleum oil can not be detected by IR after being extracted in CCl4. (大意:污泥中有机物质主要是p a h u 和o等极性物质。在使用红外光度法测定时,被fei极性的萃取剂CCl4萃取的溶液中,几乎不存在干扰石油类测定的有机物质。)

1. The main organic matters in sewage sludge are polar organic matters, such as p, a, h, u, o, etc. After polar organic matters are extracted by polar solvent of CCl4, sewage sludge hardly contains any organic matters which interfere with petroleum oil determination in infrared test.
