[交流] Gold medal No. 31 of the Chinese Team

On August 6, the Chinese Team only won one gold medal. At the end of this day, China still ranked the first on the medal list, with 31 golds, 19 silvers and 14 bronzes, while the USA ranked the second with 29 golds, 15 silvers and 19 bronzes, Britain ranked third with 18 golds and 40 in total. The only gold medal was won by Xu Lijia in women's Laser Radial sailing class race. Xu finished the race in 30 minutes and 19 seconds, 8 seconds faster than the runner-up. She won a silver at Beijing in this race. According to local reporters, Xu's English is even better than Yao Ming. The basketball team of China finished with a 12nd position, after consecutively defeated for five times. Chen Yibing won a silver in men's rings single, although his peformance can be regarded as "flawless" and better than the Brazil contestant, however, the latter won the gold medal. Chen still did very well and gracefully after he knew the scores. Chen has been regarded as "Lord of the Rings". I think, after this event, he stil can be called by this title.
