[交流] The dashing cement truck and the seven lives lost

At 5:28 am, July 27, a dashing cement truck ran into a farming car, killed 7 and injured 13 on the farming car in the city of Zhengzhou.

The farming car was running to a construction site with the farmers on it, they live in a faraway suburban place, and got up early, wanting to make more money by working longer time. The farming car was moving on a main avenue, while the cement truck dashed into the main avenue from a narrower sideway.

There are traffic lamps at this cross.

The poice said it was not sure which vehicle ran the red light, this would be confirmed after watching the video record.

Too many people have died under the wheels of the cement cars.

The local Dahe Daily has lauched a report by asking the readers to give advice on how to make safer cement truck, because they think that the stucture of such trucks makes blind spot around the truck, which lead to the death of the killed. But the report got no  follow-up. I think this is because this is not a technological problem.

According to some reports, the drivers of these cement trucks are paid depending on how many loads of cement the send every day. So, these drivers drive as fast as they can. They do not stop in front of the red lamps. Furthermore, when they are caught running the red lamps, they will avoid punishment by their own way.

Another side of this problem is that, many farming cars, especially the tricycle motors, never observe the lamps at the cross.

So, when two vehicles, none of them obey the signal of the traffic lamps meet, a collosion will inevitably happen, and the loss of lives occur.

It is really time for us to learn something from this event.

Its really a bad news. In some city's the citizens cant observe the traffic rules. So many of them cant observe the rules made the traffic was very confusion. Its a very bad custom. Because this will make sth very difficult to control. And the accident happend again and again.
I hope everyone will have the consciousness to protect ourselves. Only everyone have the strong consciousness to protect himself, our traffic order will be better and better in the future.The accident will be never happened again.
I wish our traffic order will be better and better!
