外导要求我给他存款证明8000刀，给我老婆办J2用

刚拿了offer，想带老婆一块过去，但是外导要求我自己银行账户必须有8000刀，要扫描了给他，以证明我有能力给我老婆生活费和保险等。这正常吗？ 我自己账户里没钱，还等要丈母娘把钱给我，这样的话挺麻烦的，而且这钱得放着一段时间不能动吗？ 谢谢各位啦 附她的信件： Hi XXX， You'll need to move the $ to your bank account and get a copy of the statement showing it is there.
