RSC杂志Reject & Resubmit 大家看看重投希望大不 已有9人参与

估计是假期吧，就一个审稿人，意见相对还是比较积极，但是认为我在实验过程中选的参比体系有问题，因此建议拒稿，但杂志主编认为文章还是有可取之处，给了Reject & Resubmit，主编和审稿人部分意见如下： Dear Prof.X: Manuscript ID XXX entitled "XXX" which you submitted to XXX, has been reviewed. The comments from reviewer(s) are included at the bottom of this letter. Based on the comments of the reviewer and my own reading of the manuscript I regret that the decision is not to accept your manuscript for publication in XXX. Considering the importance of the topic identified by the referees and the interest to our readers, we will consider a new submission of the paper once you are able to address the major concerns. If you do submit a new manuscript, a cover letter should be included which cites the original manuscript number (XXX) and which carefully and systematically lays out point-by-point each of the reviewers’ comments, how they have been dealt with, and the nature and location of the new material incorporated in the manuscript. The new manuscripts will be subject to the usual review process. If you decide to re-submit your manuscript, go to XXX and login to your Author Centre. Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript. Referee: 1 Comments to the Author The authors describe XXXX. Although the paper can be of potential interest for杂志名称, I cannot recommend the manuscript for publication in the present state, because it contains several experimental flaws. 虽然是拒搞，但审稿人的意见相对比较容易回答，补充几个小实验应该 就可以了，大家看看重投的话希望大吗，谢谢啦 |
