请问，这种情况该咋整。

编辑说decline，又让resubmit。审稿人一位让小修，一位完全不同意发表。。很纠结。。请问大家，这个应该怎么处理？ In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s), I must decline the manuscript for publication in**杂志名at this time. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the reviewer(s) before a decision is taken. 第一个审稿人提了几个意见,说修改后同意发表。 第二位审稿人大爷，不留情面。。 Referee: 2 Comments to the Author The work was properly done in terms of methodology and the conclusion was well evidenced by the solid chracterization data. However, on scientific standards, a good paper is not just an exhibition of a lot of results, the authors should draw insightful comments and choose the most important results to support their point of view. In this paper, the authors put too much figures and the most essential was buried among them. At the same time, this paper didn't represent a significant development in the field of pharmaceutical metal complexes. The work is lack of novelty and does not contain something very creative, so it is not very appropriate to be published on ***杂志名。 |

首先，decline 跟resubmit不矛盾。 其次，如果你真心想投这个杂志，就必须按审稿意见修改，然后再重新投稿，不可以吧修改内容标明，让编辑看到！ 最后，看来你的introduction 和discussion 部分得下功夫重写。 八卦一下，你是学生还是已经毕业工作了？如果是学生，你老板要么水平一般，要么责任心一般！ |
