审稿人建议回来了，不是很明白他的意思！

Reviewer #2: 1. Expression results have not been analyzed for statistical significance to determine if the differences observed are meaningful.【是不是要统计差异的显著性？还是需要怎么分析呢？】 2. Just because the authors see alterations in the roots of the transgenic tobacco plants does not mean that GSK1 actually plays a role in the root. It is very possible that the ectopic expression alters hormone levels in the roots, but that this has no relationship to the role of GSK1. Therefore the title and many of the conclusions are not inaccurate. 3. Error bars【是误差线吗？】 are not included in the data for Fig. 5 to show the variability. The paper would be strengthened if the authors could demonstrate why there is an effect on germination and root growth. But this would still not say specifically what the specific role of GSK1 actually is. 4. Finally there are a number of grammatical issues/problems with the manuscript, including the lack of some basic description of the generation of transgenic plants in the results section. The Southern blot data come out of the blue and needs some sort of preface.这句话什么意思呢？ Therefore I can not recommend publication of the manuscript at this time. |
