大家看看审稿专家的意见： The methods used in the manuscript of “NA+/K+ ATPase inhibitory constituents from the bulb of ******” are well established, the subject selected is worthwhile to study. However, the data presented does not fit into and support the study purpose because the pure isolates are either not active or the IC50 of isolates are higher than the crude extract, which indicated that either the target compound(s) were missing or more work need to be done. 想求助的是：一般我们分离得到化合物后，就顺便测试它们的活性，单体的活性与粗提物对比，一般高于或者低于，但是会出现比阳性对照活性弱的情况。现在审稿专家看到没有筛选得到比阳性对照更好的化合物，而提出质疑研究目的，该怎么办？ 问题已经解决，谢谢。 [ Last edited by fuchunyanl on 2012-7-22 at 10:16 ] |
