DNA is not only the main hereditary substance of biological object, but also the material basis of life. Quantitative Analysis and specific recognition of DNA molecular play a significant role in the progress of related subjects like genetics, analytical biology and virology. Nowadays, many methods including Fluorescence Spectroscopy , ultraviolet spectroscopy, electrochemical technique have been applied in the DNA study. However, due to the self light-absorption of DNA molecular, Fluorescence Probe Method is used mostly to detect DNA. Compared with traditional methods, Fluorescence Probe Method is merit in fast detection, simple operation, good reproduction and little radiation, which has been widely used in automated DNA sequencing, disease diagnosis and clinical medicine. Therefore, it has attracted wide attention to study DNA by Fluorescence Spectroscopy method. Since sensitivity is an important factor to effect the detection by Fluorescence Probe, how to find out a more sensitive Fluorescence Probe becomes a research hotspot. Fluorescence Probes currently used for nucleic acid analysis can be classified to following kinds: acridines, phenanthridines, fluoreseeins, rhodamines, cyanines and metal complexes. In this paper, applied a newly self-found BCDO Fluorescence Probe molecular and fluorescence quenching method, the interaction and action mode between BCDO and DNA were studied and explored by detecting the and the fluorescence spectra. ¹©Â¥Ö÷²Î¿¼¡«¡«¡«¡« |
