你这种提法'细胞成分的关键差异'，实在是不好回答。肿瘤细胞良恶性的差异表现在很多方面，从基因染色体到细胞内特异性蛋白质，细胞骨架网络，电解质浓度，细胞膜结构，跨膜蛋白通道，细胞外基质的成分和排列方式等都存在差异。组织切片染色是最经典的辨认方法，但这种方法周期长，也不是100%的准确（因存在一些过渡状态），临床上，常采用多种物理方法，如X-ray, MRI, 超声，电阻抗等。建议你看看这篇文献：The Electrical Properties of Cancer Cells http://www.royalrife.com/haltiwanger1.pdf 也许能加深你对肿瘤细胞组织的理解 |
