根据1990、2000和2008年的TM/ETM数据，运用遥感与GIS技术，分析了徐州贾汪矿区近18a来的土地利用变化，在此基础上，选取了多个经济社会及空间距离因子，运用多元logistic回归模型，揭示这一人地关系作用最为强烈的区域土地利用的演变规律及驱动机制。

　　　According to the TM/ETM figures of the three years 1990, 2000 and 2008, we analyzed the change of land application of Jiawang mine in Xuzhou with the technology of RS and GIS over the past 18 years. On the basis of the above, we then chose few factors, such as economic society and spatial distance, and combined with the multivariate logistic regression model to demonstrate the evolution rules and driving mechanism of this strongest man-land relationship area.
