[交流] what a pity

Together with other three person's samples, I ran the sequencing this morning. Unfortunately, no signal was collected. How can I explain to other three person. Because of me, they waited these data for 3 days, but now, they still can not get the results. How eager I am to solve the trouble, but I cannot. I have no idea about the bug of the machine. The only way for me now is to wait and ask technician for help tomorrow.
Is it my bad luck leads to this? why the last person who used the machine got the data successfully?

Thank you very much, everyone. Now, I have known the reason. It is because of different version of Bigdye which leads to failure. The default setting of the Bigdye in the machine I used was version 3.1, but the Bigdye I used during PCR is version 1.1, therefore it can not distinguish the signal. It is my careless that induce this unnessary re-sequencing.
