| Conjugated antibodies for poly lactic acids and the copolymers thereof are such materials that can achieve the drug slowly release with well biological properties. The conjugated antibodies can not only inhibit the proliferation of the tumor cells, but also can induce the apoptosis thereof. The text also introduces several kinds of monoclonal antibodies specifically binding with the antigens highly expressed on the surfaces of the gastric cancer cells, as well as their respective targeting mechanisms. In addition, the anti-tumor effects of the targeted nanoparticles and non-targeted nanoparticles are compared and analyzed. At last, in combination with the work experiences the author points out several issues to be solved. |
