feelling tired

| Recently,I always feel tired.Although those days are very hot,I do have a good sleep.Why do I feel tierd?To begin with,I don't have many experiments.I will do experiment depending on whether I want to.But I always want to go to sleep from morning to night.Maybe I need do exercises.Long long time ago,I would run around with my classmates.But now I am lazy,and I stay in the lab surfing the internet all day.Maybe my body can't bear this decadent liife.As the saying goes ,life lies in motion.I will do some physical exercise from now on. |
