贴个洪堡拒信。。。呵呵，发的这么快！ 已有6人参与

有人说拒信要两三个星期才发。。。看起来不是这个样子的啊。 Humboldt Research Fellowship Programme Dear Dr. XXX, At its last meeting, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation’s selection committee considered your application in detail. A large number of excellent applications had been received. This forced the selection committee to set priorities as there is only a restricted budget available to fund these fellowships. In the context of a very strong competition, I am afraid the assessment of your application by independent peer reviewers, which is one of the criteria upon which the decision is based, did not, unfortunately, result in an approval. We are very sorry to have to inform you of this negative decision. We would like to thank you for your confidence in the Humboldt Foundation and wish you all the best for your academic future!
