Keywords Manuscripts must contain upto a maximum of four Keywords separated by semicolons which should appear after the abstract, e.g., A. Semiconductors; D. Tunnelling. Each keyword should be accompanied by the capital letter denoting the category from which the keyword has been selected the categories are: A. Types of Materials; B. Preparation and Processing; C. Structure and Characterization; D. Phenomena and Properties; E. Experimental Methods e.g. a manuscript on tunnelling in quantum wells may have the following list of keywords: A. Quantum wells; A.
