奇怪的版权协议，这是接收了吗？

投的IMechE Part C，前几天把Revised manuscript发了过去，结果今天编辑发来邮件： URGENT - Copyright Assigment form for JMESXXXXR1 Dear XX Further to our message informing you that we have received the revised version of your Original Article, submitted for consideration in Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part C, Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science, we now require the completed Copyright Assignment form for the article. Yours sincerely 后面附了版权协议文件。 这意思是要接收了吗？可是我并没有收到接收函，而且投稿系统里面显示的状态也还是Under Review。 若最终接受再开新帖散全部BB |
