自己翻译不是很纯正,哪位大虫能帮我翻译下面一段摘要,翻译的好的话,金币重重有赏,谢谢啊![]() 要翻译的文字如下: 血脑屏障(BBB)使得大部分药物不能进入脑内,不利于中枢神经系统疾病的治疗。PLA/PLGA载药纳米粒(NP)能够透过血脑屏障 ,提高脑内药物浓度 ,是实现脑靶向给药良好的递药系统。本文介绍了BBB的结构和药物入脑机制,整合了目前PLA/PLGA载药NP的主要制备方法,并论述了脑靶向PLA/PLGA载药NP的制备、脑靶向功能分子与载药NP的连接以及PLA/PLGA载药NP脑靶向递药的体内外评价,最后对当前研究存在的问题进行了展望。 |

| Most of the drugs can’t go into the brain because of barriering of the blood brain which is bad for the treatment of diseases about the central nervous system . The loaded medicine nanoparticles PLA/PLGA loading the medicine nanoparticles (NP) can pass through the blood brain barrier in order to improve the drug concentration in the brain which successfully bring about the drugs to the central nervous system. This paper shows that the structure of the BBB and the mechanism of the drugs into the brain, and integrates the current main preparation methods of PLA/PLGA loading medicine NP, and then discusses the brain targeted PLA/PLGA load medicine preparation and the connection of the brain targeted NP functional molecules with medicine NP ,and evaluates PLA/PLGA loading medicine NP brain targeted passing drugs in vitro and in vivo, and finally forecasted the existent problems . |

| The blood-brain barrier (BBB) does not allow most drugs to enter the brain,which is not conducive to the treatment of central nervous system diseases. PLA/PLGA drug-loaded nanoparticles (NP), who can go through the BBB and increase the drug concentrations in brain, is a good delivery system to achieve brain targeting drug delivery. This paper describes the the BBB structures and the mechanisms for drugs into the brain,and integrates the main preparation methods for PLA/PLGA drug-loaded nanoparticles at present. Furthermore, this article discusses the preparation of brain targeting of PLA / PLGA drug-loaded NP, and the connection of brain targeting functional molecules with drug-loaded NP,as well as in vitro and in vivo evaluation of brain targeting drug delivery via PLA / PLGA drug-loaded NP. Finally, the current research issues and prospects are summarized. |
