[求助] 审稿人拒绝审稿这种情况应该怎么办？

我的文章投到applied surface science快两个月，昨天收到编辑来信说找了几个审稿人都拒绝审稿，让再推荐四个。如下：So far I have requested several reviewers, who have all declined to review your manuscript. This typically means that the subject of your manuscript does not match very well with Applied Surface Science.
可是这个期刊超疏水这方面发了很多文章了，不可能是和期刊主题不符。这是不是编辑拒稿的委婉说法。
不知道该怎么办呢？
我应不应该再继续推荐审稿人？还是修改以后另投别的期刊？
请有经验的各位指导！

考虑以后，编辑还让推荐就继续推荐吧，自己和导师都没有什么熟人，在参考文献里重新找了四个审稿人，瞎猫碰死耗子吧，希望这次好运一点！God bless me！下面是我回给编辑的信：

Thank you very much for you to let me know the status of manuscript in time!
I feel very regretful to know that no reviewers agreed to review my manuscript, but I think the theme of manuscript is in line with the Journal of Applied Surface Science. So, I have found four additional relevant experts qualified for reviewing the manuscript with their details in the attachment. I hope it can help a lot for the paper review!
Thank you for your attention and kind help, I hope I did not add you too much trouble.
