上次的帖子【两个月完成3篇论文的修改】 http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=4653713 【先散50BB】 前天晚上看系统（5月25提交的修改稿），发现状态变成waiting EiC decision，然后就一直睡不着啊，预想着各种各样的结果。早上很早就起来，然后就看邮箱，很激动的点开了那封邮件，终于看到了自己想要的结果了。 无赖啊，省属二本青椒，能发篇Trans很不错了，况且，我们学院到现在就没发过几篇SCI，何况Trans。 Your manuscript ******* SMCB-E-*****.R1 has gone through the IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics - Part B  review process and publication is recommended for acceptance IF some minor revisions are made.  The paper will not be sent out again to the reviewers -the AE will make sure the changes have been made, and return a final decision. 2个修改意见： 1）It seems that references 36 & 52 are identical entries. [36] may be replaced by the better version: 2）The paper has been revised well and can be accepted after a careful proof reading. The authors are also encouraged to improve the linguistic quality as far as possible.
