[求助] 谁投过APPLIED PHYSICS LETTERS，我有问题咨询

我中了一篇APL，编辑给我发来proof,但是最后这一段我看不懂了，请教各位大侠帮我看看，该选择哪个？怎么感觉要付费啊？

还是不太明白，我在哪儿选择开放获取？我没有遇到这个选项，这个邮件是老板转发给我的，之前是他投的，我现在就收到了这个proof，里面第一页Dear Author,
