l例如： At each time slot t, among those flows that are eligible for scheduling, i.e., their next cell services have eligible times no later that t (ei,j<=t, or equivalently, [ei,j]<=t), allocate slot t to the flow with the earliest upper-rounded deadline [di,j]; ties are broken arbitrarily. When no flow is eligible, slot t is left idle. 这段中的“ties-are-broken arbitrarily”如何理解，谢谢 |
