Austria physicist. Probability wave dynamics author. Born in August 12, 1887 in Vienna, died in Austria on January 4, 1961to Al Babach village. In 1906 the University of Vienna Department of physics learning. Doctorate in 1910. After graduation, in second University of Vienna Institute of physics, until1920 before the main taught at University of Vienna from 1921 to 1927, he taught at University of Zurich, beginning a few years, his main research about thermal problems of statistical theory, writes about the gas and reaction dynamics, vibration, lattice vibrations ( and the energy contribution of thermodynamics and Statistics ) and other papers. He also studied the theory of color vision, he related to color blindness and blue yellow blindness frequency relationship between the explanation for physiologists are acceptable.
