头一回审稿，Reviewer Confidential Comments to Editor怎么写啊

前两天老师邮箱里收到一封要求审稿的邮件，因为是我在修改的文章的杂志，我就点开链接看了，结果点的是同意审稿的链接。于是在老师要求下审了。给作者的意见写完了，但是系统里“给编辑的意见”里包含了一些叫选择的问题不清楚怎么填，向虫子们求助了。系统的信息如下 For each question, please use the following scale to answer (place an x in the space provided): "To what extent does the article meet this criterion?" 0 Fails by a large amount 1 Fails by a small amount 2 Succeeds by a small amount 3 Succeeds by a large amount 4 Not applicable Is the subject matter suitable? 0 __1 __2 __3 __4 Does it contain irrelevant material? 0 __1 __2 __3 __4 Is it clearly presented and well organized? 0 __1 __2 __3 __4 Does it give adequate reference to related work? 0 __1 __2 __3 __4 Is there a financial or other conflict of interest between your work and that of the authors? Please give a frank account of the strengths and weaknesses of the article: 以上就是系统带的内容，我不知道最还是说的在空的地方填写的“x”就是字母x还是指的0~4之间的一个数呢？最后的问题的“YES”和“NO”空格里怎么填啊？  Reviewer Confidential Comments to Editor |
