投PES一个多月后，没给审稿意见，直接拒了，回复如下：Given the large number of submissions that we receive, we have become much more restrictive on what we publish. Based on the comments of the reviewers, I am afraid that we do not think that this paper will be of much interest to our readers and accordingly, we are declining publication. 什么意思？ |
