编辑发了两次信要终稿

文章接受后，编辑发信问我要终稿，我在5月28发过去了，编辑也回信说收到了。今天又收到编辑的信，信件内容一模一样，还是让我发终稿，我再发了一次。 信件内容如下，不知道是出了什么问题 Dear Dr. *, You paper submitted for ' Protein & Peptide Letters’ has been accepted for publication in the journal. We would appreciate if you could submit a revised set of files of your accepted paper according to journal's prescribed formatting and editing requirements. As soon as you will send us an error free draft, we will start its composition (please use the final draft reviewed and accepted by the Editor): 1. The Text is properly constructed exactly according to the instructions. (See instructions online http://www.benthamscience.com/ppl/MSandI.htm) 2. The Bibliography/References is created according to the required format (with commas, full stops, square brackets, year, volume, etc. all placed appropriately). Medline/XML submission/conversion may face inactivation in case the references are not correctly format or referred in the text. 3. Figures are drawn in high resolution with compatible font sizes of the text on them and are sent in PDF, TIFF or JEPG formats. Scanned figures may not be not acceptable. Please be assured the figures are of high quality resolution. Scanned or blurry figures are not acceptable for reproduction and may delay your papers printing. It is ideal authors provide original source files of the figures in which they have been drawn. 4. Structures are drawn in Chemdraw (CDX files) or ISISDraw program. Alternatively, the composer will draw them and charge you accordingly. 5. If there are any color figures, please review color page charges both for the journal and the reprints, in the Instructions to Authors. We must be notified of your decision before their printing. Alternatively the figures will be published as provided by the author levying some fee to the author accordingly. 6. Please get the document checked by a professional language editor for possible linguistic errors. Neither major corrections will be accepted at the galley proofs stage nor erratum published unless it is the publisher’s end error. 7. The final document must be both in MS word and PDF program files. PDF file should be inserted with all the contents of the paper say figures, structures, tables, etc. 8. Complete and full names of all the contributing authors are provided. 9. Dates of initial submission to the Editor/journal, revised submission and final acceptance by the Editor are provided. 10. Full address, telephone, fax and email addresses of corresponding author have been provided. 11. Plagiarism is a crime so please fulfill all permission and reference requirements in case you have taken excerpts from any other published material. Please be noted that your manuscript may face inactivation if it does not fully conform to the above editing and formatting requirements.
